DC-DC Converter Conversion Performance

Diagnostic & Technical Explanation
Code P0A94 sets when the DC/DC converter conversion-performance monitor cannot maintain its commanded step-up or step-down output voltage within tolerance, or its input voltage falls outside the range needed to convert properly. The most common physical causes are a marginal 12V accessory battery loading the converter's low-voltage side, a partially degraded HV input connection, and internal converter component wear.

These 9 diagnostic trouble codes share one detection mechanism and one repair path, which is why MechanicDB groups them into a single authored fault family rather than repeating the same explanation 9 times.
