Code P2452 (Particulate Filter Pressure Sensor A Circuit) sets when the ECM sees an open, shorted, or implausible signal from one of the DPF's differential-pressure sensors (A or B) used to estimate soot loading and trigger regeneration, or finds the two sensors disagree when they should track together. Causes are the sensor's pressure-tap hose clogging with soot condensate and drying into a hard plug, a cracked or disconnected hose, or a corroded sensor connector.
