EGR Sensor De Circuit

Diagnostic & Technical Explanation
P2380 (EGR Sensor D Circuit) applies to an additional EGR-related position or flow sensor (designated D or E on systems with more than one EGR stage) reporting a circuit fault, an out-of-range reading, or an intermittent signal. Sensor element wear, exhaust soot fouling the sensing element, and a corroded connector are the common physical causes, distinct from a fault in the EGR valve's own actuator circuit.

These 10 diagnostic trouble codes share one detection mechanism and one repair path, which is why MechanicDB groups them into a single authored fault family rather than repeating the same explanation 10 times.
