Fuel Level Sensor B Circuit

Diagnostic & Technical Explanation
P2065 (Fuel Level Sensor B Circuit) is the secondary fuel level sending unit found on vehicles with a saddle-style or dual-pickup fuel tank, reporting a signal that is implausible, out of range, or intermittent compared to sender A. A worn resistive float-arm track, a corroded sender connector inside the tank, and a wire chafed through at the tank-strap grommet are the common causes.

These 12 diagnostic trouble codes share one detection mechanism and one repair path, which is why MechanicDB groups them into a single authored fault family rather than repeating the same explanation 12 times.
