HV Battery Coolant Level Sensor

Diagnostic & Technical Explanation
Code P2BE0 (Hybrid/EV Battery Coolant Level Sensor Circuit/Open) sets when the sensor monitoring coolant level in the HV battery pack's expansion reservoir reads open, shorted, out-of-range, or implausible, which the battery management system relies on to catch a slow coolant leak before it becomes a cooling-capacity problem. Causes are a float-type sensor stuck by mineral deposits, a corroded connector at the reservoir, or a genuinely low coolant level from a slow leak elsewhere in the pack's loop.

These 4 diagnostic trouble codes share one detection mechanism and one repair path, which is why MechanicDB groups them into a single authored fault family rather than repeating the same explanation 4 times.
