Power Steering Control Circuit

Diagnostic & Technical Explanation
Code P0635 (Power Steering Control Circuit) sets when the ECM/EPS module detects an open circuit, out-of-range current, or a performance fault while driving the electric power steering assist motor or pump. Causes are a failed EPS motor or pump, a blown high-current fuse, a corroded power/ground connection, or damaged control wiring.

These 3 diagnostic trouble codes share one detection mechanism and one repair path, which is why MechanicDB groups them into a single authored fault family rather than repeating the same explanation 3 times.
