PTO Control Module Fault
Diagnostic & Technical Explanation
Code P064B (PTO Control Module) sets when the ECM cannot communicate with, or detects an internal fault in, the power take-off (PTO) control module used on commercial/vocational trucks to manage auxiliary equipment engagement. Causes are a corroded module connector, a blown PTO circuit fuse, or an internal module failure requiring replacement.
These 1 diagnostic trouble codes share one
detection mechanism and one repair path, which is why MechanicDB groups them into a single
authored fault family rather than repeating the same explanation 1 times.
