Transmission Fluid Level Circuit

Diagnostic & Technical Explanation
Code P070A (Transmission Fluid Level Sensor Circuit) sets when the TCM sees an open, shorted, or implausible signal from the transmission fluid level sensor, or actual fluid level is measured outside the normal range. Causes are a failed level sensor/float, an actual low fluid condition from a leak, or an overfilled system from a prior service error.

These 7 diagnostic trouble codes share one detection mechanism and one repair path, which is why MechanicDB groups them into a single authored fault family rather than repeating the same explanation 7 times.
