Turbo Inlet Pressure Sensor Circuit

Diagnostic & Technical Explanation
Code P012A (Turbocharger/Supercharger Inlet Pressure Sensor A Circuit) sets when the ECM sees an open, shorted, or out-of-range signal from the turbo/supercharger inlet pressure sensor used to compute boost and correlate with MAP/barometric readings. Causes are a failed sensor element, a blocked or oil-fouled pressure port, or damaged sensor wiring.

These 10 diagnostic trouble codes share one detection mechanism and one repair path, which is why MechanicDB groups them into a single authored fault family rather than repeating the same explanation 10 times.
