Turbo Temperature Sensor Circuit

Diagnostic & Technical Explanation
Code P2B6E (Turbocharger/Supercharger A Temperature Sensor Circuit) covers the temperature sensor mounted at the named turbocharger or supercharger (A or B) that protects the unit's bearings and housing from thermal damage after a hard run. The ECM flags an open, shorted, out-of-range, or implausible signal. Causes are a sensor element degraded by sustained exhaust heat, a connector pin corroded from underhood heat cycling, or damaged wiring routed near the exhaust.

These 8 diagnostic trouble codes share one detection mechanism and one repair path, which is why MechanicDB groups them into a single authored fault family rather than repeating the same explanation 8 times.
