Voltage Stabilizer Module

Diagnostic & Technical Explanation
Code P25FF (Electrical System Voltage Stabilizer Control Module Performance) sets when the voltage stabilizer control module, which smooths the electrical system through stop-start engine restarts so lamps and electronics do not flicker or reset, fails its internal performance self-test. Causes are degraded internal capacitors from heat aging, a corroded power or ground connection at the module, or a weak 12V battery forcing the stabilizer beyond its correction range on every restart.

These 6 diagnostic trouble codes share one detection mechanism and one repair path, which is why MechanicDB groups them into a single authored fault family rather than repeating the same explanation 6 times.
