Code P0612: Fuel Injector Control Module Relay Control

Diagnostic & Technical Explanation
Code P0612 (Fuel Injector Control Module Relay Control) sets when the ECM detects a performance fault or relay-control problem with a standalone fuel injector control module (a separate high-current driver box used on some diesel/GDI platforms), distinct from an internal ECM injector-drive channel. Causes are a failed driver module, a bad power relay for the module, or damaged wiring/connector at the module.
