System: Powertrain (P-Code)
SAE Standard (Generic)
Family: Reverse Gear Circuit
Code P0813: Reverse Output Circuit
Diagnostic & Technical Explanation
Code P0813 (Reverse Output Circuit) sets when the TCM detects an open circuit, out-of-range voltage, or a performance fault on a circuit related to reverse gear engagement or the solenoid that inhibits reverse under certain conditions.
