Code P02E0 (Diesel Intake Air Flow A Control Circuit/Open) sets when the ECM detects an electrical fault, an out-of-range position, or a stuck condition from the diesel intake air flow (swirl or intake throttle) control valve used for EGR assistance and combustion noise control. Causes are carbon buildup seizing the valve, a failed actuator motor, or damaged position sensor wiring.
