Fuel Temp Sensor Circuit

Diagnostic & Technical Explanation
Code P0168 (Fuel Temperature Too High) sets when the ECM sees an open, shorted, or implausible resistance from a fuel temperature sensor, or the reported fuel temperature is excessively high. Causes are a corroded connector, a failed thermistor element, or fuel heat-soak from a restricted return line.

These 17 diagnostic trouble codes share one detection mechanism and one repair path, which is why MechanicDB groups them into a single authored fault family rather than repeating the same explanation 17 times.
