MAP Sensor Circuit

Diagnostic & Technical Explanation
Code P0105 (Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Sensor Circuit) sets when the ECM sees an open, shorted, or implausible voltage from the MAP/barometric pressure sensor circuit, or the reading is simply too low for the current altitude. Causes are a cracked or oil-fouled vacuum port, a failed sensor element, or damaged sensor wiring.

These 6 diagnostic trouble codes share one detection mechanism and one repair path, which is why MechanicDB groups them into a single authored fault family rather than repeating the same explanation 6 times.
