Supercharger Disconnect Clutch

Diagnostic & Technical Explanation
Code P25E9 (Supercharger Disconnect Clutch Stuck Open) sets when the ECM commands the electromagnetic clutch that couples the supercharger to the accessory drive and detects it stuck engaged, stuck disengaged, or an open/shorted/out-of-range control circuit. Causes are a worn or oil-contaminated clutch friction surface, a failed clutch coil, an excessive clutch air gap from wear, or damaged control wiring along the front of the engine.

These 6 diagnostic trouble codes share one detection mechanism and one repair path, which is why MechanicDB groups them into a single authored fault family rather than repeating the same explanation 6 times.
